The first sound feature film to portray Lenin deals with his early life. Lenin is shown to be the guiding genius of the Revolution. The plot describes the events of the October Revolution in 1917 and the role of Lenin in the organization of the uprising of the Bolsheviks. Lenin secretly arrived at the station in Petrograd.
