Master Gunnery Sergeant Thomas Beckett (Tom Berenger) is the US Marine Corps' most decorated sniper. Having taken out warlords, drug czars and assassins, he has over seventy confirmed kills in his long and illustrious career. Beckett is hired by NSA officials William Avery (Denis Arndt) and Richard Addis (William Duffy) to perform a covert operation and eliminate a suspected terrorist.
