After a long time, I decided to rewatch Dexter. Pilot episodes of TV shows are often like the first round of a boxing match — you're just getting to know the characters, cautiously exploring the territory. But with Dexter, it's a whole different ball game. The plot kicked off smoothly right from the get-go, keeping boredom at bay. And let's talk about that atmosphere — it was spot-on, enhanced perfectly by am awesome soundtrack. ()
I have to say, the pilot hooked me good and wouldn’t let go! Dexter feels like a creation from the Coen brothers; I’m incredibly entertained by the main character’s inner monologues. The writing seems to be at a high level so far. I’m looking forward to seeing what comes next. 8/10 ()
