Leonard and Sheldon are brilliant physicists - geniuses in the laboratory, but socially challenged everywhere else. Enter beautiful, street-smart neighbor, Penny, who aims to teach them a thing or two about life. Despite their on-again, off-again relationship in the past, Leonard and Penny have finally gotten married. Even Sheldon has found a female companion, entering into a "Relationship Agreement" with neurobiologist Amy Farrah Fowler. In their free time, Leonard and Sheldon enjoy fantasy role-playing games with their ever-expanding universe of friends, including fellow scientists Raj, Howard and Howard's adorable microbiologist wife, Bernadette, who recently learned that they will soon be parents. God bless you, HBO GO. With zero energy expended, I wanted to give The Big Bang Theory a second chance. As a backdrop for a day or two, any late series can come and go. It's even painless. But it's not an important part of the show's life. It was just the reality of the past years that prevailed, which made me realize that I find the feeling of finishing the series very pleasant. Audience development is a magical phenomenon. Oh, and Sheldon's getting married. Wow. And don't tell me anyone else remembered Riki Lindhome from Season 2. Perhaps vaguely so. ()
It's official. Season 10 has become the worst season of this once-great show for me. The creators seemed to have decided to forget everything that was good about the show, and went the way many sitcom creators have gone before them. I don't have anything against sitcoms about relationships, but I was watching this one because I expected something completely different from it. / Lesson learned: Have you been disappointed? Keep calm and carry on. ()
