Bamboo Grove

In addition to the films The Monk, Clinic, and Rainy Season, comes another film inspired by doctor and screenwriter Aung Min. This biographical exploration into Min's life comes from the same time period as the events that inspired screenplay for the film The Monk. A naïve young city doctor is posted to a rural Kayin community in the Ayeyarwaddy Delta. (Ji.hlava International Documentary Film Festival)
