My favorite character, Colonel Carrillo, made a return, fighting fire with fire. Once again, he didn’t disappoint, being behind almost every action-packed moment in an episode that focused more on planning for the future. Luckily, I don't mind the conversation-heavy parts as long as they’re relevant, and here, they definitely were.
