Oh man, what a mess this one was. Netflix dives headfirst into B-movie action territory again. If this had come out in the 90s, it would’ve made a killing in the bootleg VHS market. But today? The main character is about as emotional as a brick wall. ()
Ruby Rose and her squad hijacked a train heading from London to Paris. Fortunately, SAS member Tom Buckingham is among the passengers. Unfortunately for the audience, it's all a pretty bad film. SAS: Red Notice can't decide if it's going to be a serious political thriller or a B-grade variation on Die Hard. Sadly, it disappoints in both character work and tension, as well as the action itself, teetering between awkward and ridiculous most of the time. ()
