Manhunt

Corporal Wydra is, among other things, also his partisan commando’s designated executioner, who punishes collaborationists from his hometown. He doesn't balk even at the task to find and persecute his childhood friend. Upon returning to the camp, he finds out that a beastly massacre took place there. However, the search for the traitor leads him to a person who causes his thirst for revenge to conflict with his last shreds of humanity and understanding. The film's director and scriptwriter, Marcin Krzyształowicz, found his inspiration in a real story, and he enlivened the rather simple plot by non-chronological layered editing, which authentically illustrates the stream of injured human consciousness.
